Due to the nature of jewelry and hygienic reasons, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at nodirat21@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • Packaging photos

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund if applicable

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
